David Worthington art exhibition at 33Davies Street

We are pleased to welcome new exhibition of David Worthington’s sculptures at 33 Davies Street.

David combines traditional carving with the cutting edge design and works with stone sourced from throughout the world. He says; “Sculpture is a reflection of our bodies emanating from that sculptural ideal within” he says . “I believe in the power of objects to touch people on an emotional level. The audience responds to the work physically. There is an intelligence and knowledge within the body that understands the sculpture before the brain decodes it. People can interact with my sculptures, climb on them, touch, and turn them.

New art exhibition at 33Davies Street

We present a collection of sculptures by Rory Cannon, an emerging artist, whose upbringing in a family deeply rooted in stone masonry has significantly influenced his artistic journey. Growing up surrounded by the craftsmanship of both his mother and father, laid a solid foundation for Rory’s growth as an artist and shaped his unique perspective on blending the worlds of art and engineering.

‘Being able to work as an artist and engineer is one of the best gifts I could have been given through my alternative education in stone masonry’.
