Stow Capital Partners international perspective is supported by experienced local asset advisory and management teams in the target regions.

The London-based UK team has a strong track record in the West End commercial real estate sector. A key strength of the team is its multi-disciplinary in-house skill set which allows it to operate across a wide range of value enhancing activity.

The Lebanon-based team specializes in development and development management in its core Beirut market, focusing on high-value product where it has successfully set new standards in design and construction.

Julian Milne

Managing Director, Stow Securities Plc

Julian Milne

Julian Milne joined Stow in 2006 from Grosvenor, the international property group, where he was UK Commercial Investment Director responsible for commercial property investment. He joined Grosvenor in 1983 and during his time with them held a number of other senior positions including Joint London Estate Director with responsibility for their Mayfair and Belgravia portfolios.

During this time he was instrumental in establishing a number of key joint ventures and co-investment vehicles. Julian is a chartered surveyor and trained with property consultants Gerald Eve after graduating from Aberdeen University in 1977. He is also member of the Council of Westminster Property Association (WPA) and the Commercial Committee of the British Property Federation (BPF).

Tony Mainee

Finance Director, Stow Securities Plc

Tony Mainee

Tony Mainee has been involved in and responsible for property finance and financial control in listed and unlisted UK property companies for over 20 years. He has been with the Group since 1991, except for a period between 1997 and 2002, where he ultimately became Director of Special Projects at Delancey Estates plc, responsible for the financing and interest rate hedging of property acquisitions for Delancey and its clients.

His role at Stow also includes Company Secretarial duties for the UK Group.

Tony qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 to become a member of the ICAEW and is a graduate of the University of London.

Joanna Bialek

Property Manager, Stow Securities Plc

Joanna Bialek

Joanna Bialek joined Stow Securities in 2010 and took over responsibilities for the office administration and support to the Managing Director as well as the property team.

She graduated with an MA in International Public Administration in 2009 at the London Metropolitan University and has since worked in property sectors providing office administration support.

Joanna now focuses on the property management of Stow’s portfolio, communicating with tenants and various consultants, agents and solicitors.
